What are your turn times for banners?
Banners, Logos and Landing pages typically take 24 to 48 hours for you to receive your first concepts. PSD to XHTML, WordPress, Joomla & VBulletin typically takes 36 hours.

How do I order?
Click on the home page, select what product you would like to order on the left sidebar and fill out your information. Currently we only accept paypal.

I want a banner that is ___ x ___ in size, how much does it cost?
Single banners only cost $49. Be sure to take advantage of our multi-banner packages to save $$

What are PSD Files
PSD files are Adobe Photoshop source files, we create all our banners using Photoshop. The raw source file can be purchased for an additional fee, a psd file contains editable layers so you can modify them.

How can I pay for my order?
After providing details for the banner, you will be given the option to pay by PAYPAL. Note that you are not required to have a paypal account to make a purchase. Paypal has the option to run and process your credit card.

I don’t like my banner, can I request some changes?
Definitely! we offer 4 free revisions where you can request changes to your banner. On average, our customers are satisfy after 1 or 2 revisions.

What kind of changes can/can’t I request?
You cannot request change to the physical size of your banner, or a complete re-write of the text ad. This will be considered a different banner and normal price will be charged. Other than that, you can request any changes, such as color, text positioning, animated frame allocation, etc… If you’re hard to please, we recommend you purchase our gold package as we offer more original concepts.

Do you provide HTML code for my banner?
We can help you with writing the HTML code for you banner as long as you have a place to host your banner. If you need help with HTML, please ask us when reviewing your banner. This is at NO additional charge!

What is a static banner? What is an animated banner? Flash banner?
A static banner is simply an image (banner) with no moving elements.. An Animated banner is basically an image rotator, typically cycling through a series of text promoting your products and services. A flash banner is more of a small “movie” of what you’re selling. Typically a few seconds.

I previously ordered a banner from and I’ve lost my banner and the link to view my banner.
If you still have your order number (receipt number or paypal ID), please contact us and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

I don’t want my banner featured in your example work.
If your banner is already listed in our example, you can contact us to get it removed, or let us know during our review process that you do not want it in the portfolio.
